At PFF, we believe in building better humans. Our gym is a place where people can feel safe and supported in their health and fitness journey. We understand that it's not just about physical strength, but also about emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. We provide a positive and uplifting environment where members can be themselves and have fun while working towards their fitness goals.

Before starting regular classes, new members are required to complete our Fundamentals programme. This consists of three personalised coaching sessions where we get to know you, your goals, and what brought you to PFF. We also teach you fundamental movements and help you adjust workouts to suit your current level of fitness. These sessions are a great opportunity to ask any questions and familiarise yourself with the gym.

Our membership options cater to both beginners and experienced athletes. For those who have completed the Fundamentals programme, we offer a variety of membership plans, including three sessions per week or five sessions per week. These memberships provide access to our regular classes, which are scheduled according to our timetable.

We are proud to have Coach Arama and Coach Samaria as part of our team. Coach Arama is passionate and patient, striving to improve the health, fitness, mind, and life of all our members. He has completed various coaching and leadership programmes to enhance his skills. Coach Samaria brings her love for mind-challenging activities and a passion for Crossfit-style fitness.

She started Crossfit at PFF and has been dedicated to it ever since.
