Our instructors will put you through your paces in challenging bootcamp sessions, designed to strengthen your body and push your limits. If you're interested in Jiu Jitsu, our club offers classes and open mats for practitioners of all levels, creating a supportive and encouraging community.

We have a team of dedicated trainers who specialise in different fitness areas. Sammy Pierre specialises in strength training, Michael Dobson focuses on body recomposition, and Ben Stone specialises in kids' fitness. To get started, you can try out any of our classes for free. Your first session is on us! We offer various plans to cater to your needs, including monthly and yearly options. Our monthly plan is priced at 28 and can be cancelled anytime.

If you're looking for a long-term commitment, our yearly plan offers a substantial 40% discount at 17 per month.
