Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutritional Sciences from the University of Alberta and has been helping clients improve their nutrition for health and performance since 2009. Her expertise extends beyond one-on-one nutrition consulting to teaching nutrition to Personal Fitness Trainer students at NAIT and working as a designated Sport Science Professional with Team Alberta, aiding coaches and athletes in reaching peak performance for events like the Canada Summer & Winter Games.

She offers services such as Fascial Stretch Therapy, Massage, Mobility Training, and Intuitive Eating to help clients reconnect with their bodies and achieve optimal health and happiness. The Intuitive Eating approach encourages clients to trust their inner wisdom when it comes to food choices, fostering a non-restrictive, weight-neutral mindset towards health.
