Phoenix Eye Wing Tsun Association – Dulwich is a reputable martial arts school located in Dulwich Village, London. The founder and chief instructor of the Phoenix Eye Wing Tsun Association is Si-Fu Della O'Sullivan, who has been practising and teaching Wing Tsun since 2006. Si-Fu Della O'Sullivan has achieved the 1st Master Grade in Wing Tsun and is one of the highest-ranking female masters worldwide.

The adults' classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 7:20 pm to 8:50 pm, while the kids' classes are on Sundays from 9 am to 10:50 am. There are also additional classes available for different age groups, such as Little Dragons (4–7 years) and Peaceful Warriors (8-14 years) on various days of the week.

The Dulwich location of Phoenix Eye Wing Tsun Association is situated at Dulwich Village C of E Infant School Lake Building, SE21 7AL. This venue has been the heart of the association since its inception in 2007 and has produced many accomplished Wing Tsun practitioners. The school has also actively participated in community events, such as the Dulwich Park Fair.

Si-Fu Della O'Sullivan not only teaches Wing Tsun but has also conducted self-defence classes for women and specialised bodyguard training. She has represented the school in public demonstrations both in the UK and abroad, including a performance at the Shaolin Temple in China alongside the Shaolin Monks.
