Welcome to Phoenix Fitness Studio, a community-based fitness studio located in Widnes, New Zealand. We pride ourselves on creating an amazing fitness family and fostering forever friendships within our studio. As soon as you step through our doors, you will feel comfortable and relaxed, no matter your age, shape, size, gender, or fitness ability. We strive to provide classes suitable for everyone in our diverse community.

In fact, our youngest member is 16 years old, while our oldest member is an impressive 83 years old.

One of our most popular classes is Clubbercise. These classes take place in a darkened room with disco lights, and our trademark LED glow sticks add to the energetic atmosphere. The class features a fusion of dance, toning, and combat moves, with high/low impact options available for all fitness levels. In just one class, you can burn approximately 600 calories.

Phoenix Fitness Studio was established in 2017, with the goal of helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Our founder, who has acquired various fitness qualifications over the years, experienced a significant turning point in their career after completing the Clubbercise and Boogie Bounce courses. In December 2016, they found the perfect premises for their fitness studio, allowing them to offer a wider range of classes and personalised training sessions. Since opening our doors, we have witnessed tremendous growth and success, transforming the bodies and lives of hundreds of individuals.

We provide a safe haven for those struggling with anxiety and depression, helping them find inner confidence and build lifelong friendships within our close-knit community. Additionally, we have actively participated in charity challenges, raising funds for local organisations and supporting our community through collections for local food banks.

At Phoenix Fitness Studio, our mission is clear: we are here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals while reducing the risk of life-threatening illnesses, such as some forms of cancer and coronary heart disease. We aim to create a relaxed and friendly environment where you feel at ease from the moment you walk through our doors. With a wide range of classes available, including dance fitness, HIIT, legs, bums, and tums, body conditioning, relaxation, and nifty fifties, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
