Phoenix Squash & Fitness is housed in an iconic building that used to be an old picture house, converted to a squash club over 40 years ago. Despite a major setback caused by a fire 15 years ago, our club has continued to thrive and expand its facilities to accommodate a wider range of sports and social interests. In addition to our emphasis on general fitness and squash, we also offer a dance studio where you can enjoy a variety of dance and exercise programmes. The dance studio is also a fantastic venue for parties and special occasions, boasting a fully licenced bar and ample parking space.
We are open throughout the day and evening, providing a friendly and welcoming space where you can enjoy sports, exercise, or simply catch up with friends. Our opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-1pm.
