He is passionate about rehabilitation and helping people, and his expertise lies in treating athletes from a range of sports, including rugby, boxing, and bodybuilding. However, our treatments are tailored to everyone, not just athletes.
Joining Stephen is Lily-Anne Roberts, our sports massage therapist. Lily has a Level 3 qualification in Prevention and Management of Sports Massage Therapy and is currently studying Level 4 to further enhance her skills. She is an athletic individual with a passion for netball, playing for local and national teams. Lily also plays rugby and football for Afan College.
With her knowledge and expertise, she aims to help others and herself in the future.
