In addition to individual sessions, we offer group classes in clinical pilates and clinical strengthening. These classes are conducted in a clean and COVID safe environment, allowing you to access and attend your gym safely. With a maximum of five participants per class, you can expect personalised attention and guidance from our physiotherapists.
We also offer a mobility through movement class, a movement-based flexibility class that combines floor work with stretching. These classes are available every fortnight on Saturdays and have a small class ratio of 1:8, ensuring individualised attention.

Morgan is the Director of Physio and Fitness Clinic and has extensive experience in gait analysis, thoracic spine management, and assisting clients in the pre and post-operative state.
