Originally from Perth, Bob completed his undergraduate Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University before moving to Victoria to work at PhysioChoice. He has since completed his Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy through Griffith University and is recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) as a titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist. Bob has extensive experience in treating a wide range of sporting injuries in athletes of all ages, as well as acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
He has worked with athletes at an elite level, including those who have competed at Olympic and national levels. Bob's expertise also includes occupational health, shoulder and spinal pain, as well as dry needling.
Connor Guley, another physiotherapist at PhysioChoice Pakenham, graduated from Monash University with his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He has a special interest in lower-back, shoulder, and athletic injury/rehabilitation, as well as chronic and persistent pain issues. Connor's approach to physiotherapy revolves around gaining a thorough understanding of his patients' conditions before tailoring a physiotherapy programme to help them achieve their goals. Outside the practise, Connor enjoys participating in sports such as local football, basketball, waterskiing, fishing, and camping.
Igida Son, also a physiotherapist at PhysioChoice Pakenham, obtained his Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and his Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Utah, USA. Igida has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries, including lower back pain and shoulder pain, as well as sports injury and rehabilitation. He is passionate about patient education and injury prevention, particularly when working with athletes who have specific sport-related injuries or conditions. Igida is an avid soccer player and has been involved in the sport for most of his life.
He also served as a marine medic in the past.
