Pilates Wellness Centre (formerly Pointe Pilates Studio) delivers True Method Pilates in a boutique studio setting in Maroochydore. The studio runs small group classes (up to 6 clients) as well as private and semi-private sessions for 1:1 support or small-group work. Classes focus on the principles of Pilates, with instructors able to modify and progress exercises to support alignment, muscle activation and control. The centre also offers access to the full Pilates apparatus.
