Annie Rees, the founder of Pilates4Wakefield, is a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 24 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is passionate about the benefits of Pilates and believes it can improve people's lives in numerous ways, including improved posture, toned muscles, better mobility and flexibility, reduced stress levels, and less back pain.
Annie has a particular interest in using Pilates to treat and prevent injuries such as low back pain, sciatica, and postural problems, as well as its potential benefits for individuals with medical conditions like chronic fatigue (ME), MS, asthma, high blood pressure, and arthritis. Her extensive qualifications include a Sports Science and Dance BSc (Hons) degree, REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) Advanced Instructor Level 3 certification, and several certifications in STOTT PILATES, including Full International Certification Level 1 & Level 2.
