We run Newbridge Pilates Matwork at Newbridge Town FC on Station road, Newbridge, Co Kildare, and we also offer group classes in nearby areas including Kilcullen and Suncroft.
You can join group Reformer courses, PAYG Reformer classes, and Studio Pilates, plus Pilates Matwork classes including Mat Level 1, small props, and Pilates ante natal.
Our classes focus on stretch, strengthen, and release, and every Pilatesbody Matwork class includes trigger point or myofascial release work using tools like trigger point and myofascia balls.
