At Pilates Lab, we celebrate what our bodies can do. Located in Pegasus, North Canterbury, our boutique Pilates studio offers a unique and personalised approach to fitness.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer corporate programmes. These programmes include “Office Chair Pilates” sessions, which aim to improve posture and prevent common workplace-related injuries. We also provide “Postural Health for Retail” workshops, relaxation classes to reduce stress, and a children's “Tense & Relax” workshop for schools and playgroups.
