Lina Lennie is the founder and owner of PilatesMeditation, a Pilates studio and meditation practise located in Newbury, New Zealand. With many years of experience, Lina is a highly skilled Pilates, Mindfulness, and Qigong teacher. She has a passion for helping individuals improve their physical and mental well-being through these practises.

Lina's journey in Pilates began in 2010 when she trained to be a Pilates teacher Level 3 with Body Control Pilates Association UK. This prestigious training organisation uses a building blocks approach, focusing on increasing confidence and strength before progressing further. Lina has also obtained a Level 4 Pilates Teacher and Back4Good practitioner certification, specialising in Pilates for Lower Back Pain. She continuously expands her knowledge and has certifications in Pilates for Pregnancy and beyond, Pilates for Osteoporosis, Pilates for Older Clients, and more.

In addition to Pilates, Lina is a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher. She received her training from the College of Mindfulness in the UK, as well as from prominent meditation teacher Jack Kornfield in the US. Lina firmly believes that mindfulness is a way of life and teaches her students to live more fully in the present moment. Her approach incorporates Mindfulness meditation and Mindful walking, which have proven to be highly beneficial for individuals with chronic health conditions and mental health issues.

Qigong is another practise that Lina specialises in. As the mother of Tai Chi, Qigong combines breathwork and gentle movements to activate the body's innate energy, known as Qi. This practise promotes relaxation, strengthens joints and muscles, and improves balance.
