Charlotte's passion for Pilates comes from her own personal journey. After experiencing the functional benefits of Pilates for many years, she pursued a career change to share these benefits with others. Her professional Pilates journey began with Polestar in London, where she completed her Mat training. She has also received specialist pre and postnatal training to support mothers throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
