Pilates with Cathryn is a Pilates studio located in Beauly, in the Highlands of Scotland. The studio offers a range of classes and private sessions, both in-person and online, taught by experienced Pilates teacher Cathryn.

Cathryn's journey with Pilates began as a client while working in a stressful corporate role alongside her passion for cycling and running. Finding a great teacher, she experienced the benefits of Pilates firsthand, feeling stronger, more toned, and more aware of her posture and movement. Pilates also helped her relieve tension and reduce stress.

After leaving the corporate world, Cathryn decided to deepen her knowledge of Pilates and became a certified matwork teacher with leading organisation Body Control Pilates. She has studied and gained experience under the supervision of skilled teachers throughout the UK.

Pilates with Cathryn offers a variety of classes and private sessions throughout the week. Online live classes are available, catering to mixed ability levels. These classes are conducted live through Zoom, allowing Cathryn to provide personalised guidance and assistance. All classes are also recorded, so participants can practise at their own convenience or catch up if they miss a session.

In-person Pilates classes are held in local community and village halls. These classes are friendly and mixed ability, with Cathryn providing tailored feedback and encouragement. There are options for different levels of intensity and suitable for individuals with specific conditions or injuries.
