With over 12 years of experience teaching Pilates in Toronto, Cristina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. As a mother, wife, immigrant, artist, and dancer, Cristina understands the importance of holistic wellness and tailors her sessions to meet the needs of each individual client.

The studio offers a range of packages to suit every budget and schedule, including 45-minute private sessions, new client packages, and online sessions via Zoom or FaceTime. Corporate workshops are also available for those looking to incorporate Pilates into their workplace wellness program.
