If you're interested in joining a group class, Pilates with Freya offers beginner and intermediate classes at Oxon Church Hall in Shrewsbury. Before joining a group class, it is recommended to book a 30-60 minute 1:1 assessment, especially if you are new to Pilates or have specific health concerns. This assessment allows Freya to better understand your needs and goals, ensuring that you get the most out of your Pilates experience.
Booking and payment for group classes are done in six-week blocks, and the next block begins in September. Attending classes regularly is encouraged, but if you happen to miss a class, there are catch-up options available, provided there is space in another class. It is important to give at least two hours notice of cancellation to allow others to use your place for catch-up.
