Dean and Sarah, the principals of Pirrie Performing Arts, have a wealth of experience in the performing arts industry. Having previously worked as professional dancers onboard Celebrity, Cunard, and P&O cruise lines, they have travelled the world and honed their skills. After tying the knot, they decided to pursue their next dream of opening their own dance school, sharing their expertise and passion for performing with the next generation.
In addition to regular term-time classes, Pirrie Performing Arts offers popular workshops and intensives during school holidays. Each year, the school organises a big variety show at each venue, giving every student an opportunity to showcase their skills on stage. The school takes great pride in nurturing and inspiring each "Pirrie Performer” and believes in giving every student their moment to shine.
The dedicated faculty at Pirrie Performing Arts includes Dean Pirrie, who serves as a principal and instructor. Dean discovered his passion for performing through street dance and went on to study dance instruction at Preston Dance College. He has performed with Mirage Productions for Fred Olsen and furthered his training at Tiffany Theatre College, studying Musical Theatre.
