Pixies Class For 5 & 6 Years Old

Taketani Judo Academy is excited to announce that enrolment for the upcoming Judo event is now open! Located in Melbourne, this local Judo club is gearing up to provide an exceptional experience for interested players.

For all the young aspiring Judo enthusiasts out there, we regret to inform you that enrolment for the Term 1 Pixies and Kids Class has closed. However, we have some good news! Although the Term 2 Kids Class (ages 7-14) is currently full and unable to accommodate new members, we are offering a fantastic alternative. You can still book a spot for the Term 2 Pixies Class trial, taking place from the 15th to the 20th of April. Simply get in touch with us to secure your child's spot.

During these classes, children will develop their flexibility and learn how to fall safely – essential life skills that will serve them well beyond the realms of Judo. Not only that, but they will also enhance their overall strength and flexibility, all while receiving an introduction to the fundamentals of Judo. From learning to throw an opponent to executing effective hold downs, these classes provide a solid foundation. Moreover, children will sharpen their attentive listening skills and learn the art of following instructions during a class. It's not just about technique; it's about having a blast in a safe environment, where falling over and picking oneself up is all part of the fun! The class is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, running from 4.15pm to 5pm.

To join this exciting class, there is a joining fee of $120, alongside a term fee of $220. Please note that an annual membership fee of $65 is collected in January. Additionally, we offer a 'one week free trial' at the beginning of each term, provided the class isn't already at capacity. It's an excellent opportunity to dip your toe into the world of Judo. To secure a spot for your children, reach out to us and book their place. Trials for the next term are available at any time, but please be aware that once the class reaches full capacity, we will no longer accept trial bookings. Also, kindly note that the trial is only available during the first week of the school term, excluding school holidays. As an added bonus, the joining fee covers the cost of a Judo suit for each participant. In the spirit of family, there's a delightful 10% discount available for the term fee when multiple family members join. Remember, there are no attendance discounts for once-a-week participants, but feel free to attend as many classes as you like. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any payment under any circumstances.

Here's a breakdown of the class timetable:

- Monday: Pixies Class (5 & 6-year-olds) from 4.15pm to 5pm
- Wednesday: Pixies Class (5 & 6-year-olds) from 4.15pm to 5pm
- Friday: Pixies Class (5 & 6-year-olds) from 4.15pm to 5pm
