Sessions are available for boys and girls in grades 2 to 12, providing a great opportunity for young athletes to improve their overall skills through repetition and expert guidance.

In addition to training programs, Planet Athlete Inc. also offers specialized volleyball training for young players looking to enhance their skills on the court. The gym hosts regular volleyball runs every Sunday, providing a fun and challenging environment for players to develop their abilities and improve their game.
