Welcome to Plonge Zen, a diving centre located in Repentigny, Quebec. Our centre offers a serene and safe environment for divers of all levels to explore the underwater world. Our team of experienced Padi instructors is dedicated to the success of our students, providing individualized attention and guidance.

At Plonge Zen, we keep our classes small, with a maximum of six students per course. We offer a range of courses to cater to beginners and experienced divers alike. For beginners, we offer the Open Water course, which allows you to dive up to 60 feet and explore the marine life below. We also offer an Introduction to Diving (DSD) course for those looking to experience breathing underwater for the first time.

If you are a certified diver looking to refresh your skills, our Reactivate course is perfect for you. We also offer specialty courses in First Aid, Search and Navigation, Buoyancy, and Rescue Diving. For those looking to take their diving skills to the next level, we offer the Dive Master course, which qualifies you to guide dives and assist other divers in distress.

Plonge Zen also offers advanced courses, such as the Advanced Open Water course, which allows you to dive to depths of 100 feet and explore shipwrecks. We also offer specialty courses in Deep Diving, allowing you to descend to 130 feet under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
