At Plus Fitness 24/7 Punchbowl, we aim to provide a friendly, clean, and safe environment for all our members. Our staffed hours are from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 7:30pm, and Friday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm. On Sundays and public holidays, the gym is unstaffed.

Plus Fitness 24/7 Punchbowl welcomes individuals aged 14 and above during staffed hours. For 24-hour access, the minimum age is 16. Parents or guardians must accompany those under 18 to sign the membership agreement and parent consent form.

To ensure your safety, we have implemented a Covid-19 safety plan, providing antibacterial wipes for members to wipe down machines.
