Lee Catling, the founder of PMA Academy, holds a 3rd-degree black belt, while Tom Wilson, the co-founder, is a 2nd-degree black belt. Other notable members of the team include Alfie Rafferty, the head coach and a black belt, as well as Steve Search, Craig Edwards, Jason Howard, and Brad Missen, all accomplished black belt instructors.
In addition to Jiu Jitsu classes, PMA Academy also offers Jiu Jitsu-inspired fitness classes and self-defence classes for both men and women. PMA Academy offers various membership options to cater to different training needs. The Fundamental Membership, priced at 60 per month, allows individuals to train in any fundamental classes each week. The Intermediate/Advanced Membership, available for 72 per month, provides unlimited training in all classes, including Gi, No Gi, Boxing, and Wrestling. There is also a Ladies Membership for 35 per month, allowing unlimited training in any class.
Juniors and Emergency Services Memberships are also available at 35 and 54 per month, respectively.
