Pole Crazy is a dance school in Poole that specialises in pole dancing for fitness. Located on the 2nd floor of Primitive Gymnasium in Parkstone, the studio offers a private and dedicated space for students to learn and practise. With plenty of free parking onsite and nearby, as well as being just a 5-minute walk from major bus routes like the M1 and M2, Pole Crazy is easily accessible for everyone.

When it comes to attire, Pole Crazy recommends wearing what is comfortable for the first few weeks of classes. Leggings, a vest or t-shirt, socks, and a hoodie or jumper are recommended, with shorts being optional. The most important thing is to feel comfortable in what you wear. It is also advised to bring a water bottle, as hydration is significant during classes.

If needed, water can be purchased at the caf. Additionally, students have the option to bring a cloth or towel to wipe down their pole during class.

Pole Crazy offers a range of poles, including traditional chrome poles, as well as powder-coated and silicone poles. The silicone poles are especially beneficial for those who prefer to stay fully clothed during their classes. Students are advised not to use lotion or moisturiser on their hands or body on the day of class, as it can make the pole slippery for themselves and others. It is also recommended to eat something light about an hour before class and to remove all jewellery for safety purposes.

The instructors at Pole Crazy pride themselves on creating a friendly and inclusive environment. They are excited to welcome beginners and help them gain confidence as they learn pole spins, tricks, and routines. In addition to pole dancing, Pole Crazy also offers aerial hammock and aerial hoop classes, as well as circus floor skills. These classes are taught by experienced and certified instructors.
