On Thursdays, participants can join Daphne for small group personal training at 6:30pm, followed by polesque at 7pm. This unique class combines elements of pole dancing and burlesque, providing a fun and empowering experience that will change the way you view your body.
In addition to the evening classes, Pole Fit Angels also offers morning classes on Tuesdays at 9:30 am and Saturdays at 9 am, providing plenty of options for those with busy schedules.
