Few small jumps to add some excitement to your ride. We offer over two hours of escorted, off-road hacking in the beautiful East Sussex countryside near Eastbourne, Hastings, and Polegate. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, our knowledgeable and friendly staff will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Take in the stunning views and immerse yourself in nature as you explore the local area on horseback.

For our younger riders, we offer lead rein pony rides. These rides are perfect for children aged two and a half and up who want to experience the joy of horse riding in a safe and controlled environment. Our experienced instructors will lead the pony while the child gains confidence and learns the basics of horsemanship. These rides are ideal for birthday parties or other special events.

LessonsAt Polegate Equestrian Centre, we offer individual and group riding lessons with our qualified instructors. Lessons are available for all abilities, from beginners to advanced riders. Our instructors tailor each lesson to the rider's level and goals, whether it's improving riding technique, learning dressage or show jumping, or simply building confidence and having fun. Lessons can be scheduled for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour, and we also offer lessons after 6pm by request.

We are licenced by the Wealden District Council and fully insured, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
