Established in 2015, Pop Up Yoga aims to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible by operating on an anonymous payment system. This system allows individuals to pay what they can afford for classes, with a sliding scale of $5-$15 per class. Those who cannot afford to pay are welcomed to join without any questions asked.
The studio offers a variety of classes and workshops, including Yoga Nidra, Meditation Teacher Training, Yin Yang Yoga, Ashtanga Flow, and more. Pop Up Yoga believes in the power of yoga to create positive changes and uplift the energy of not only individuals but the entire community.
