The Port Colborne Bocce Club, located at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre, is a vibrant hub of activity for bocce enthusiasts in the area. With 6 courts available for play, the club hosts 5 leagues on weeknights from May to September.
The club's schedule includes a Women's league on Mondays, Special Olympians league on Tuesdays, Men's league on Wednesdays or Thursdays, and a Mixed league on Fridays. With approximately 60 special Olympians and 372 active playing members, the club caters to a diverse range of age groups from 20 to 91.
As a proud sponsor and supporter of the Port Colborne Special Olympians since 1986, the Port Colborne Bocce Club is committed to promoting inclusivity and community engagement through sport. The Vale Health & Wellness Centre, where the club is located, is a non-smoking facility and is rented to lifetime members only.
Although all leagues are currently full, interested players can join a waiting list by providing their name, phone number, and email address to the club.
