The affordable new client rate of $90 includes 6 hours of group fitness classes, or $140 for unlimited classes over a 6-week period. At the end of each series, clients have the option to register for the next one, ensuring continuous progress and growth.

Classes at Positive Energy Pilates include Pilates with stretch bands, foam rollers, and hand weights, as well as Blast Class with stability balls and weights. The focus is on making fitness fun, interactive, and challenging, while also helping clients increase strength, flexibility, and overall body image. The supportive atmosphere and professional instructors make every class a rewarding experience.

The Pilates studio is conveniently located in Carlisle, with additional locations in Waterdown, Ontario. Clients from surrounding areas like Burlington, Dundas, Ancaster, Milton, and Guelph find it easy to access classes and join a community of like-minded individuals. The studios offer a range of classes throughout Fall, Late Fall, Winter, Early Spring, and Spring, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all clients.
