Postnatal Pilates is designed to help your body recover from the physical strains of pregnancy and prepare you for the demands of motherhood. Activ8 Pilates focuses on safely working the abdominal muscles, strengthening the pelvic floor, improving posture, releasing muscle tension, and toning your body.
The best part is that you can bring your baby along to the class. Whether they want to play or take a nap, they are welcome to join you. Activ8 Pilates understands the importance of flexibility for new moms, so they offer both small group classes and one-to-one sessions with an instructor.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, each adult can bring one child aged 0–1 years old (or twins). Please keep in mind that children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult throughout the session.
