Postnatal Yoga with Ellie

Join Yoga with Ellie for an invigorating and rejuvenating Postnatal Yoga class in Bristol. This class is specifically designed to help new mums relax and revive their bodies after pregnancy.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, these gentle classes are suitable for all levels of experience. The calming flow sequences and stretches will not only relax your body, but also calm your mind.

We understand that bringing a baby along can be a task in itself, so feel free to bring your little one to the class. You can comfort or feed them throughout the session. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with other new mums from the local area who are going through similar experiences.

After the class, why not treat yourself to a restorative cuppa and chat with fellow participants? We believe that taking care of your well-being is vital, especially after the incredible journey of having a new baby.

You can join us for this class every Thursday at 10.45am, either at Ubley Village Hall or outside in the beautiful gardens if the weather allows.

The drop-in fee for this class is £11 per session. Alternatively, you can save by purchasing a block of 6 classes for £60.
