At our centre, we offer relaxing reiki therapies conducted by our practitioner, who will channel healing energy through their hands towards your body. When you opt for an in-person reiki session at our centre, your experience begins with a short consultation either face-to-face or over the phone. You will then be invited to lie down on a treatment couch or sit comfortably in a chair with your eyes closed. Our practitioner will gently place their hands on you in a series of positions, starting from the crown of your head to your feet or vice versa. You can choose to remove your shoes, belt, necklaces, or earrings for enhanced comfort while remaining fully clothed. The practitioner may use a set of standard hand positions or work intuitively based on your specific needs.
For those unable to visit us in person, we also offer online reiki sessions. After an initial consultation, one of our reiki practitioners will guide you through the session via an online call. You will be asked to lie down or sit comfortably with your eyes closed, while the practitioner sends you remote reiki healing. Positions will be intuitively decided or based on a set of standard hand positions.
Furthermore, we provide reiki courses for self-healing. Depending on your availability and preferences, these courses can be completed in one day, four evenings, or over a weekend.
