With over 13 years of experience in the strength and conditioning/fitness industry, Scott opened the doors to Powerhouse in 2015. In 2017, he earned his ICN PRO Card in both Fitness and Physique divisions, winning 3 PRO Australian Titles and a PRO World Title. Scott has a serious passion for Nutrition Science and Natural Bodybuilding, and he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and educating others on evidence-based training and nutrition for long-term sustainable results.
Chris has been an integral part of Powerhouse since day one. With a background in football and cricket, his love for health and fitness runs deep. Chris specialises in working with those new to the fitness scene and runs our Mums and Bubs Programme. His patient and nurturing demeanour, paired with his natural coaching abilities, ensures that all our members and his clients are well taken care of.
Zac has been involved in the fitness industry for many years and is passionate about helping individuals reach their strength and conditioning goals. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, he leads our structured Strength and Conditioning classes. These classes have been customised and programmed to accommodate and challenge people of all ages and fitness levels in a fun and supportive environment.
At Powerhouse Strength and Conditioning, we believe in providing a holistic approach to fitness. We understand that exercise is just one part of the equation. That's why we also offer a range of supplements and apparel to support our members in their fitness journey. From pre-workout supplements to comfortable workout gear, we have everything you need to enhance your training experience.
We are open Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Located in Montmorency, we are easily accessible. Come and experience the Powerhouse difference for yourself!
