Leading Venues usually range from 6 to 10 per player, while Standard Venues are typically between 4 and 7 per player. Football leagues at Powerplay feature a variety of formats, including 5, 6, and 7 a side. However, the classic 5-a-side format remains the most popular choice among participants. In netball, all leagues are 7 a side, with a maximum match night squad size of 10 and unlimited rolling substitutions. Football leagues also allow unlimited subs and three extra squad members, allowing for flexibility in team composition.

Powerplay seasons typically last between 1. 5 to 3 months, providing teams with an exciting and fast-moving competition. At the end of each season, the division winners receive a trophy to celebrate their achievement. The top two teams are promoted, while the bottom two teams are relegated, ensuring a competitive and dynamic league structure.
