For our younger generation, we have the Kidsfit Wing Chun programme, which focuses on building discipline, self-confidence, and physical fitness. Our next generation Wing Chun Warriors are trained in the principles of Wing Chun in a fun and engaging environment.

For adults, we have the Adult Wing Chun programme, which is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or have previous martial arts experience, our experienced and dedicated instructors will guide you on your martial arts journey. Wing Chun is well-known for its close-quarters combat techniques, making it an effective self-defence system for real-life situations.

We also offer the Teenager Wing Chun programme, which combines traditional Kung Fu principles with a modern-day approach. This programme is designed to equip teenagers with the skills and mindset needed to overcome bullying and harassment, which unfortunately can happen in today's society. Wing Chun teaches not only physical techniques but also mental resilience and emotional strength.

Our school operates seven days a week across six locations in Queensland, including Underwood and additional online training options. Our venues are air-conditioned and feature hand hygiene stations for the safety and comfort of our members. We also maintain a strict cleaning and disinfection regime to ensure a clean and hygienic training environment.
