One of the exciting features of Precision Health Care is their brand new gym on the First Floor, which is open for private gym memberships. This fully equipped commercial-level gym is available for clients to join, enabling them to complete rehabilitation and exercise programmes independently between physiotherapy and exercise physiology appointments.
In addition to their physiotherapy and exercise services, Precision Health Care now offers a range of fitness classes to cater to different preferences and fitness goals. These classes include Strength training, which focuses on resistance and weight training to build strength, as well as HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), a mix of resistance and cardio training with high-intensity bursts and short low-intensity or rest periods. For those looking for a challenging and intense workout, Boot Camp classes offer a military-style mixture of aerobic, cardio, and functional whole-body fitness training.
