Prem Yoga & Wellbeing, based in Alcester, is led by Natalie, a passionate and experienced Yoga instructor. With a deep understanding of the transformative power of Yoga, Natalie aims to empower individuals to reconnect with themselves through movement and stillness.
Natalie's personal journey with Yoga began several years ago when she turned to the practise to find physical flexibility. However, she soon discovered that Yoga offered much more than just physical benefits. It provided a balance of mind, body, and spirit that kept her coming back for more. Yoga became a vital tool for navigating through challenging times, and it inspired Natalie to share its countless benefits with others.
In 2016, Natalie had the opportunity to travel to India and complete her yoga teacher training at the renowned Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram. During her time there, she immersed herself in the rich traditions and practises of Yoga, gaining invaluable knowledge and experiences. It was also during this transformative journey that Natalie received her spiritual name, Prem Jot, meaning “Light of Love,” from her Guru, Yogrishi Vishvketu. This beautiful name further inspired Natalie to spread her love of Yoga through Prem Yoga & Wellbeing.
Natalie's teaching style has evolved over the years, with a strong emphasis on self-discovery and self-care. She takes immense joy in witnessing her students reconnect with themselves and hearing their stories of how Yoga has positively impacted their lives. Natalie is deeply passionate about nature and animals, and she currently works for both The Dogs Trust and The Marine Conservation Society alongside her Yoga practise. This connexion to nature has led her to offer outdoor Yoga sessions, providing a unique opportunity to connect with the elements and find harmony with the natural world.
Prem Yoga & Wellbeing is a safe and nurturing space where individuals can feel supported, without fear of judgement. Natalie aims to create a community of like-minded individuals who can support and uplift each other on their personal journeys. To honour nature and give back, 5% of profits from Prem Yoga & Wellbeing are donated to different charities each year, with a focus on conservation and the wellbeing of beings.
