The group is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through a variety of classes and programs. The name "Press On" is inspired by the quote from the Apostle Paul, reminding members to continue moving forward towards their goals.
The group offers a range of classes throughout the week, including Group Fitness classes from Monday to Friday. These classes combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-intensity exercises to help participants build strength according to their own body type and goals. Each class is 45 minutes long, including a warm-up and cool down session. The first class is free to give individuals a chance to experience the program before committing to a membership.
In addition to Group Fitness classes, Press On Performance also offers a Learn to Run 5K program, which is coming soon. This program is designed to help individuals improve their running abilities and work towards completing a 5K run. The program will provide guidance and support for participants at every step of the journey.
The founder of Press On Performance, Laura, is a certified trainer through BCRPA with a valid First Aid certification. Laura's personal fitness journey, which included losing over 100lbs through running and exercising, has inspired her to help others achieve their own goals. Whether individuals want to get stronger, start running, or simply improve their overall health, Laura is dedicated to coming alongside them and providing the necessary support and motivation.
Press On Performance offers flexible pricing options for its classes, including drop-in rates as well as discounted packages for purchasing multiple classes at once. The group is currently accepting e-transfer and cash payments for classes.
