With the New Zealand Nutrition Society. Fitness and nutrition have always been a passion of mine, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

At Prime Anatomy Fitness, our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. We believe that fitness should be accessible to all, regardless of gender, sexuality, size, age, ethnicity, or ability. Our gym is a judgement-free space where individuals can feel comfortable and supported throughout their fitness journey.

With over 2500 square feet of gym space and ample equipment, our gym is never too crowded, ensuring that you won't have to wait for equipment or feel overwhelmed by large groups of people. We prioritise giving our members the best experience possible, whether they are participating in personal training sessions or group classes.

In addition to our fully equipped studio, we also offer a convenient online booking system for managing classes. Members can book their preferred slots up to a week in advance, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to secure their desired time. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be paid for through a monthly standing order or on a pay-as-you-go basis.

To start your Prime Anatomy Fitness journey, simply email us with your desired service or membership choice. Our accounts manager will provide you with the necessary paperwork and information to complete the process. Once you've returned the required paperwork and made your initial payment, we will arrange your induction if necessary and send you your gym entry PIN, so you can begin your fitness journey immediately.

Our gym manager, Michelle Smith, is a highly qualified professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition. With a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education specialising in physiology and biomechanics, Michelle is also a registered level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer. Additionally, she holds a Master of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, and is registered with the New Zealand Nutrition Society as a Sports and Exercise Nutritionist.
