Sam Reohorn, the head coach at PRIME, has returned to his hometown of Pembrokeshire to open his unique health and fitness coaching facility. With his extensive experience as a personal trainer in Pembrokeshire and Cardiff since 2016, Sam identified a gap in the market for a more intimate fitness setting that bridges the gap between one-on-one personal training and larger gym facilities. Sam is not only a personal trainer but also the world's youngest PICP Poliquin Biosignature practitioner, further solidifying his expertise and commitment to his craft.
PRIME offers small group coaching, where Sam leads sessions with a maximum of six people per class.
