Alex, the organiser, extends a warm invitation to the sports community for a unique swimming experience at Private Swims in Belfast. This peaceful spot is available for private hire, accommodating individuals or small groups of up to four.
The facility includes three unisex changing rooms, toilets, and showers. For those not swimming, there's a comfortable seating area to relax in. Lockers and hairdryers are also on hand.
To ensure everyone's safety, Alex follows government guidance, maintaining social distancing and keeping the place spotless. Swimmers get one-hour slots, with a 30-minute interval for cleaning between each session. The pool is kept at a cosy 29.5°C and measures eight metres long by three metres wide, with a depth ranging from one to two metres.
Private Swims is open for bookings from 08:30 to 20:30 on weekdays and 09:00 to 20:30 on weekends. You’ll find the entrance at the junction of Comber Road and Saintfield Road, easily signposted on the right when driving from Belfast.
Alex has noted some adjustments in parking requests. Please avoid Church Road to keep peace with the locals and instead use the lay-bys on the A7 road.
Booking is simple. Just select the service, pick your time slot, add it to the cart, provide your details, make the payment, and complete the booking. The service option to choose is “Pool Hire (60 Minutes)”.
