Session times will appear here once published.
Once registered please arrive at the gym approximately 10-15 minutes before the class starts.
If you are under 18 you will require a parent/guardian to sign a waiver form.
Please wear gym shorts/tshirt or similar, all classes are barefoot.
Please bring a mouthguard, gloves, etc if you have them.
