Pro Player Centre

Pro Player Centre, located in Bracknell, is an elite football academy catering to players between the ages of 6 and 12. With over 100 registered players, the academy aims to provide talented young athletes with the opportunity to transition from grassroots football to professional clubs. At Pro Player Centre, selected players receive invitations to showcase their abilities through trial opportunities.

The academy's approach focuses on delivering a coaching experience that mirrors that of a professional academy. Although the contact time is relatively shorter than in a professional setup, the academy compensates with high-quality coaching. Creating an environment that replicates the professionalism of category 1 or 2 academies is crucial to facilitate the development of each individual. The academy emphasises individual growth rather than team success, providing every player with structured and detailed coaching sessions to achieve the team objectives.

Additionally, players have the chance to participate in a competitive training and games programme that culminates in a yearly tour within the UK or abroad.

A distinguishing feature of Pro Player Centre is its highly qualified staff. The academy is fortunate to have a team of coaches who possess the necessary certifications and qualifications to provide top-notch coaching. Two members of the team are currently enrolled in their UEFA B Football Qualification, while all coaches hold a minimum Level 2 qualification. Moreover, the coaches have additional awards such as Level 2 Performance Analysis, Level 2 Talent ID, and Level 2 Opposition Analysis.

The team is also trained in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.

In addition to regular training with grassroots clubs, Pro Player Centre offers invite-only evening sessions during term-time for players aged U6 to U13. These sessions do not participate in league competitions but frequently play against external academies, semi-professional clubs, or professional clubs every 6–8 weeks. The sessions take place at locations such as Bracknell Sports Centre, Garth Hill College, and Luckley House School.

Furthermore, Pro Player Centres collaborates with several partner clubs to offer weekend sessions for players aged 4 to 6 years old. These sessions run for approximately 30–36 weeks per year and serve as the foundation for grassroots clubs. The academy takes pride in its role in creating U7 teams for multiple clubs each year. Partner clubs include Eversley & California FC, Sandhurst Town Boys & Girls FC, Soccer Saturdays, and Rushmoor FC.
