The studio is small and boutique, with classes designed for all levels, from people stepping onto a Reformer for the first time to advanced sessions. Options include flagship full-body Reformer Pilates, a faster-paced advanced class, pre and postnatal Reformer Pilates with pre-walking babies welcome, and personalised 1:1 or small group tuition for goals, rehabilitation, or progression. We're a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Great Bromley in the Essex countryside, and we welcome clients from Colchester, Ipswich, Ardleigh, Wivenhoe, Manningtree and across Essex and Suffolk.
Sessions can be adapted for beginners, experienced clients and those returning to movement after time away, using a spring-based machine that adds resistance while keeping training low-impact and joint-friendly.
