Welcome to Pulse Pilates, a boutique, clinical Pilates studio located in the heart of Christchurch. Our studio is set in a personal and private setting, providing a calm and peaceful environment for our clients to focus on their Pilates practise.
Pulse Pilates offers an intelligent method of resistance exercise that focuses on developing functional strength and flexibility without adding bulk. Our internationally trained practitioners are dedicated to providing you with a personally tailored programme that is designed to meet your specific goals and address any limitations you may have due to injuries or illnesses.

We offer a wide range of exciting equipment and an infinite repertoire of exercises to ensure that you stay engaged and motivated throughout your Pilates journey.
