To reach the club, visitors can take a short drive from Dalmenys Corner at Whenuakite, which lies along State Highway 25 between Tairua and Whitianga. After reaching Dalmenys Corner, golf enthusiasts can turn onto Hot Water Beach Road and continue for approximately 2 kilometres. Then, take a left onto Purangi Road and travel for another 2. 5 kilometres.
The Purangi Golf & Country Club is located on the left side at the junction with Hepburn Road.
