Pure Barre

Pure Barre Calvary is a fitness centre located in the heart of Calgary. With a team of highly-trained teachers, Pure Barre offers a range of group classes that deliver effective total-body workouts focused on low impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles while improving strength, agility, and flexibility for everybody.

At Pure Barre, clients can experience four signature class formats. Pure Barre Define combines the classic barre technique with weight-based strength training to develop muscular strength and power. Pure Barre Classic, the original barre class, delivers a full-body workout through a series of low-impact, small movements designed to improve flexibility and tone the entire body. Pure Barre Align emphasizes flexibility and balance training, combining strength-building barre techniques with various stretching flows to increase joint mobility while building muscular strength and stability.

Pure Barre Empower is a fusion of Classic Pure Barre and high-intensity interval training, designed to elevate heart rate, build strength, and increase metabolism through dynamic movements with ankle weights and a plyometric platform.

Located in Mission, Pure Barre boasts a team of experienced teachers, including Olivia Sengl, Caity Kruse, Danna Euverman, Kendra Klassen, Kim Olson, and Karen Falzon, with studio manager Karen Falzon overseeing operations. The studio offers a variety of class times throughout the week, catering to early risers and evening visitors.
