Welcome to PWR Sports & Human Performance, a state-of-the-art gym located in Tilbury, Essex. Established in 2019 by a group of friends passionate about high performance healthcare and sport science, PWR is committed to helping individuals optimise their performance and wellbeing.

Our facility spans over 5,000 square feet and boasts an impressive range of world-class machinery, scientific equipment, and highly skilled practitioners. Whether you're working with our dedicated coaches or therapists, utilising our advanced recovery room equipped with infra-red and conventional saunas, or taking advantage of our large ice plunge, PWR provides the ultimate environment for enhancing your physical capabilities and overall wellness.

At PWR, we offer a comprehensive range of services including strength and conditioning, medical services, and professional sports consultancy. Our dedicated team of experienced professionals is equipped to address the unique performance needs of professional sports teams, organisations, major corporations, schools, and colleges.

PWR Consultancy, our branch specialising in providing effective solutions to human performance issues, has a proven track record of success. For example, we were instrumental in rebuilding and upgrading the sport science and medical departments of Swindon Town FC, a professional football club. Within a short span of four weeks, we implemented two full-time working departments, resulting in a dramatic reduction in injury spending and the lowest amount of training and match injuries in the league. This success led to a joint rank of first in the 21/22 English football league season.

In addition to Swindon Town FC, we have also partnered with Billericay Town FC to provide comprehensive medical and sport science support for both the men's and women's teams. This support has given Billericay Town FC a significant physical advantage over their competition at the non-league level.
