Q Gym is Queenscliff's premier health and fitness centre, offering members a top-notch facility to work out and achieve their fitness goals. Since its establishment in late 2019, Q Gym has become the go-to destination for those seeking a local and convenient fitness experience.

At Q Gym, members have access to a wide range of state-of-the-art cardio and resistance training equipment. Whether you're looking to burn calories, build strength, or improve overall fitness, our comprehensive selection of machines and gear has got you covered. We provide everything you need to train hard and get results.

The club operates from 5am to 11pm, seven days a week. While Q Gym is predominantly un-staffed, we employ a remote monitoring system through cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for all members. Only registered members have swipe card access, and we do not offer casual use of the club. This exclusive approach allows us to provide the very best training experience to our valued members.

Membership options at Q Gym are designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs. We offer both 12-month and 3-month membership plans, with the option of either fortnightly direct debit or upfront payment. The 12-month membership is priced at $10. 50 per week via direct debit or $520.

To join Q Gym, there is a one-off $59. 00 member fee that covers your health and safety induction, Access FOB, and your first two weeks of membership payment. This fee ensures that you are fully prepared and equipped to make the most out of your fitness journey with us.

Located at the Monahan Centre on Hesse Street, Queenscliff, Q Gym welcomes individuals who prioritise their health and fitness. Please note that we operate on an appointment-only basis for club tours as our staff is not present at all times.
